Use of the Ecom Scale Google connection by authorized store operators.

Authorized operation

Use the workspace only for accounts, stores and sites you own or are authorized to manage. Keep administrator access and Google credentials private. Do not use the connection to access another person’s account without permission.

Requested actions

The platform uses the Google permissions you grant for reporting and the store-management operations you request. Review account, site, product, policy and business information before submitting it to a provider. You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you supply.

Reporting and availability

Reports depend on Google processing, reporting thresholds, quotas, account permissions and the storefront’s consent settings. Analytics reports may differ from the order ledger and do not represent every visitor. Access can stop if permission is revoked, credentials expire or a provider changes its requirements.

Store purchases are separate

This connection does not change a completed order or charge a payment method. Customer purchases, delivery, returns and warranties are governed by the policies of the relevant storefront.

Stopping use and support

You can stop using the workspace and revoke Google access at any time. Contact [email protected] for connection support or a request to remove stored connection information. See the privacy notice for details.
